Privacy Policy
What data Labr processes and why. Last updated 19 October 2026.
Who we are
Labr is operated by Quidli ("we"), which is responsible for the data described here. This policy covers the Labr bot on Discord and Telegram and the website labr.club.
What we process
- Account identifiers: your Discord or Telegram user ID, username and display name, and the server and channel where you use Labr.
- Messages to Labr: messages that mention or reply to Labr, plus recent messages in that conversation for context. Labr keeps up to the last 40 messages per conversation in memory to answer you; they are cleared when the bot restarts.
- Keys you link: API keys you choose to connect, stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) with your user ID.
- Things you set up: scheduled payouts and watchers you create.
- Payout details: recipients' social handles, wallet addresses, amounts and transaction IDs.
- Operational logs: technical logs on our server, used to run and fix the bot.
Why
We use this data only to provide Labr: to answer your requests, look people up, check reputation, and send the payouts you ask for. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- AI providers (Anthropic by default; Google, OpenAI or Nous Portal if selected) receive the conversation needed to answer you.
- Quidli Connect receives the handles and amounts needed to look people up, score reputation and send payouts.
- Brave Search receives search queries when Labr searches the web.
- Discord and Telegram carry the messages, under their own privacy policies.
Onchain data is public
Payouts are recorded on public blockchains. Wallet addresses, amounts and transactions are visible to anyone and cannot be deleted by us or anyone else.
How long we keep it
Conversation context stays in memory until the bot restarts. Linked keys, scheduled payouts and watchers stay until you remove them or ask us to. Logs are kept for a limited time for troubleshooting.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing labr@quid.li. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
The website
labr.club uses no cookies and no analytics. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP addresses to serve the site.
Age
You must meet Discord's or Telegram's minimum age to use Labr.
