Terms of Service
The rules for using Labr. Last updated 19 October 2026.
Who we are
Labr is operated by Quidli ("we"). These terms cover the Labr bot on Discord and Telegram and the website labr.club. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Early access
Labr is in early access. Features change, things can break, and we may limit or stop the service at any time. It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
Payments
- Payments are final. Payouts settle onchain and cannot be reversed by us.
- The sender is responsible. Check recipients, amounts, tokens and chains before you confirm a payout. We are not responsible for payments sent to the wrong person, network fees, or changes in the value of any token.
- Labr does not hold your money. Payouts are sent from the wallet of the Quidli Connect account whose key is used, through Quidli Connect.
- No financial advice. Nothing Labr says or does is financial, legal or tax advice, or an offer of any crypto-asset.
Your keys
If you link your own API keys (for example a Quidli Connect or AI provider key), you are responsible for them and for anything done with them. We store them encrypted and only use them to act on your requests. You can remove them at any time, and you should revoke them with the provider if you think they are exposed.
Acceptable use
Don't use Labr to break the law, harass people, spam, scam, farm rewards with multiple accounts, or get it to send funds you don't control. Don't try to break, overload or misuse the service. We may remove your access, and remove Labr from a server, if you do.
Other services
Labr relies on Discord, Telegram, Quidli Connect, AI providers and public blockchains. Their own terms also apply when you use Labr through them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party services, blockchains or your own keys and instructions.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use Labr means you accept it. These terms are governed by French law.
